Summary:
Coordinates the daily reception, nutrition, transportation, and custodial operations of the MSHS Family Development Center.

Required Associate degree in business management, office administration or related field.
Experience:
One to three years' experience planning and coordinating office activities and one to three years' experience working with word and excel; prefer one to three years supervisory experience.
Ability to read, write and speak Spanish required.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Prioritize and coordinate the completion of reception, nutrition, transportation, building, maintenance, and custodial work requests and ensure materials and completed work meet the quality standards expected.
Process and maintain monthly billings, payment vouchers, purchase orders, and other fiscal-related documents for the program.
Coordinate general activities to promote efficient center operations.
Supervise the center food service operations ensuring requirements of the Child and Adult Care Food program and Head Start Performance Standards are adhered to.
Supervise the center transportation services ensuring compliance with Ohio School Bus Transportation Regulations and Head Start Performance Standards.
Provide ongoing monitoring of custodial operations, always ensuring cleanliness of the building.
Provide assistance to co-workers on computer network systems and software.
Maintain the system for the purchase and control of all consumable supplies including negotiation of prices, acquisition, pricing and accurate inventory for the center.
Maintain the center's equipment inventories per the respective funding source requirements.
Record minutes/notes as requested.
Participate on Agency Teams.
Responsible for the proper cash management of all cash received including petty cash fund and the billing for and receipt of charges for personal billings (typing, copying and telephone calls).
Perform data entry in child development databases and other information as directed.
Other duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
